Steven is also a frequent contributor to design and business periodicals, speaks at professional forums including the Kellogg School of Management, and his work is included in the permanent collection in the U.S. Library of Congress.

John Silva

John has been with The DuPuis Group for over 15 years, having joined the company in 1993 as a Senior Designer. Now, as Creative Director and Strategic Account Advisor, John applies over two decades of design experience, and an extensive knowledge of packaging print production, to craft solutions that maximize the constraints of their branded applications.

Well schooled in digital pre-press, photo illustration and 3D rendering, John has the ability to understand early in the design process how a design will translate into its final printed form. This ensures unmatched quality control for an impressive roster of clients including Nestlé, Kellogg’s, Mars Petcare, Farmer John, Dole & Baxter Pharmaceuticals.

John’s skill and dedication have yielded a wealth of insight into the consumer mindset, and a wide breadth of creative packaging and visual languages that drive targeted results.

John’s award-winning work can be found in the branded animation libraries of Bausch & Lomb and New World Entertainment, HOW Magazine and Image Electric—and on retail shelves worldwide.
